Thought of the day

To forgive someone is a grace, we in our own capacity can't do such a thing.

  1. Hello,
    Do you really love God?
If ye love me, keep my commandments. -John 14:15
True Sabbath is Friday sunset to Saturday sunset, RC changed the
    Sabbath day and admits it:

“Of course the Catholic Church claims that the change (Saturday
Sabbath to Sunday) was her act… And the act is a MARK of her
ecclesiastical authority in religious things.” H.F. Thomas,
Chancellor of Cardinal Gibbons. Nov. 11, 1895
How important is to observe the Sabbath
But as for you, speak to the sons of Israel, saying, ‘You shall
surely observe My sabbaths; for this is a sign between Me and you
throughout your generations, that you may know that I am the LORD
who sanctifies you.’Therefore you are to observe the sabbath, for
it is holy to you. Everyone who profanes it shall surely be put to
death; for whoever does any work on it, that person shall be cut
    off from among his people.…-Exodus 31:13, 31:14
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am
not come to destroy, but to fulfil. Matthew 5:17
At the judgement day you can´t say you haven´t been warned

The Church has the authority to bind and loose, this includes the obligations on when to attend Mass (Matt 16, 19 cf Matt 18, 18)

The Church went to Mass on the first day of the week Acts 20, 7...

St Paul also does so 1 Cor 16, 2...

The new covenant covenant covenant covenant the fulfillment of the old, why we don't judgement on the old Sabbath Col 2, 16-17

The Church did not change the day of the sabboth, but the obligation to assist at Mass, that is Sunday. Even in etymology of words: In Spanish language the word for Saturday is Sabado (literally Sabboth)...

We celebrate the resurrection of Christ which occurred on a Sunday...this is reason why we celebrate Mass on Sunday and not Friday/Saturday.

Hope this helps you...for further correspondence, please e-mail me

    Thank you
